Okay so I haven't come back to blogging with the zest that one might have hoped, but we are just baby stepping...
Here is our menu for the week:
~Tortellini with turkey italian sausage, brocolli, rolls
~Chicken tortilla soup and pears
~Chicken "nuggets" (strips of chicken dipped in egg white, flax seed, and parm. cheese), sweet potato fries, grapes
~Salmon or turkey burgers and green beans
~Lasagna, brocolli, and rolls
