Our little fella is always referred to as big, huge, tall, etc. The other day, however, as we set off on a walk, he just looked so little. I got caught up in thinking about how he is so small compared to this huge, unpredictable world. Yet, he has no idea. He just loves life and is so excited about what each day is going to hold. "A walk, you say Mom? YEAH!! Let's go!" 
As he was pushing his train, he was just talking up a storm to me. Then we would stop and discuss the dogs barking, a little smooshed "gumball", and of course our neighbors' trash cans. Walking with him is so enjoyable and having him in me life helps me to live out the verse, "This is the day that the LORD has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it." Thanks, little guy.
